Job description

Resolve West, established over 37 years ago delivers a range of restorative interventions across Avon & Somerset including Restorative Justice and Conflict Resolution services working in neighbourhoods, communities, and within the criminal justice system.

We are looking for a Part Time Service Manager for 10 months Maternity Cover.

The position of Service Manager, acting as a deputy to our Director, will support the Director in leading day to day operations and ensuring the quality of our services and line management of the staff team. This position can be hybrid however there is an expectation that a minimum of 50% of the hours will be worked in our offices which are in BS5.
