Join Our Team as a Supported Employment Coach
Location:
London (Home-based with the expectation of travelling to meetings, appointments, and events across London)
Salary:
£32,000 per annum based on experience plus benefits
33 days annual holiday (incl. bank holidays)
Free TfL Travel Card Zones 1-6

Full Time (37.5 hours)
Contract:
Fixed Term 12 Month Contract with the ambition of extending to permanent
We have an exciting opportunity for an employment coach to support our clients, (people with a learning disability) into work in the London area. Please note this is a 12 month contract and your TFL travel expenses are fully paid for up front as you will be given a TFL travel card. There will be no cost to you to travel to meet the people you will be coaching!

As a Supported Employment Coach, you will be identifying and delivering tailored support to people with learning disabilities and autism enabling them to achieve their career ambitions. You will be working in partnership with employers, the DWP, local authorities and other referral partners in the Central London Area to make worthwhile paid employment a reality for everyone.
We are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about inclusion in the workplace. That person will share our belief that paid work is positive and possible for everyone and will have a record of accomplishment in supporting people with learning disabilities and autism to achieve their goals. Ideally you will have successfully worked on supported employment programmes implementing the recognised five stage model for Supported Employment.
The role is Home-based with the expectation of travelling to meetings, appointments, and events across Central London and London Boroughs (Lewisham, Southwark, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Tower Hamlets, City, Westminster, Camden, Islington)
