Trustee - Change for Good Community
We are looking to appoint two new Trustees to join our Board who share our commitment to supporting prison leavers, among the most vulnerable members of society, as they re-establish themselves in the community.
What will you be doing?
Change for Good is a London-based charity that supports prisoners as they are released from prison and resettle in the community. Our strategy involves building on the work we do by expanding our reach to other London prisons, and innovating to respond to the many challenges prison leavers face.

- Ensuring that the charity applies its resources exclusively in pursuance of its charitable objects for the benefit of the public

Our Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Change for Good is proud to be an equal opportunities employer that values the contribution each individual makes to our work. We strive to build a diverse and inclusive environment where all feel valued, respected and empowered to be who they are at work.
We aim to achieve a workforce and trustee board that is diverse and inclusive - one that reflects the community we support. We actively encourage those with lived experience of the criminal justice system, Change for Good’s work, to apply. We recognise that people from Black and Asian communities and other minoritised ethnic groups are under-represented in the leadership of the charity sector, as are disabled people. We welcome and encourage people from these historically excluded groups.

An understanding and acceptance of the legal duties, responsibilities and liabilities of trusteeship.
