Database Officer
We have an exciting opportunity for a Database Officer to join our Fundraising and Communications team.
About the role
The Database Officer provides day to day support for the entire Fundraising and Communications team who aim to raise more than £10m annually. You will assist across the Directorate working with digital platforms and the core CRM system to pull selections for a variety of activity, uploading imports, syncing data between systems and ensuring data cleanliness and consistency is prioritised. Your input will enable the team to develop supporters and report back on results, whilst working within data regulatory guidelines and advising on compliance. You'll be a key stakeholder in the implementation of data projects and identifying improvements to process.
About you

* Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Applications
* Understanding best practice for data protection, including GDPR
* Ability to work independently and manage own projects
* Experience of working with a charity CRM and fundraising platforms
