Responsibilities: As an Outreach Volunteer, you will be the friendly face of our organization, connecting directly with service users in the community to gather valuable feedback about their experiences with health and care services. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting surveys and questionnaires to gather feedback.
Engaging in one-on-one interviews to delve deeper into user experiences.
Building rapport and trust with service users to encourage open and honest communication.
Representing our organisation with professionalism and compassion at all times.
