Head of Alumni and Supporter Engagement

Green Templeton College is a graduate community at the heart of the University of Oxford.  It brings together students, academics and practitioners with a particular focus on business and management, health and medicine, and social sciences.

The college is now entering an exciting period, with ambitious plans to raise significant philanthropic funds over the next decade in order to transform our built estate and enhance the student experience.

You will work alongside our Development Director and her team to grow the networks needed to secure the support to achieve our ambitions.

A first class communicator at all levels, you will have proven experience of leading and managing others, as well as the ability to think both strategically and tactically.

If you have proven experience of developing, delivering and evaluating compelling engagement strategies, for supporters/alumni/membership audiences that drive up interest, loyalty and commitment, we would like to hear from you.
