The Lake District Calvert Trust is seeking Trustees to join its voluntary board. 

Are you an experienced, strategic-thinking individual considering how to give back to your community?

Have you experience of, or an interest in, disability?

Do you believe the great outdoors should be accessible to all?

Then we’d like to hear from you. 

As leaders in accessible outdoor adventure, we believe The Lake District should be accessible to everyone. Our residential breaks help people with a range of disabilities experience the Lake District in a safe and supportive way. Delivering a fun and fulfilling experience that makes a positive difference in their lives.

We are looking for Trustees who share our values to join our board and help provide governance and strategic direction to all the Trust’s activities.

As well as a passion about the work of the Trust, we are particularly interested in hearing from professionals with the following experience:

·       The hospitality sector – with focus on the guest experience;

·       Equine experience ideally within a commercial setting;

·       Operations and commercial experience;

·       Lived experience of disability.
