Working alongside the NHS, local authorities and other agencies, Second Step offers practical help and emotional support tailored to each individual. Their services are recovery and strengths-based, and psychologically and trauma-informed. They work within the mental health, homelessness and recovery sectors, supporting people with moderate to serious mental health issues and those living with multiple disadvantages and complex needs. This results in reduced mental health inequalities and promotes inclusion in communities.
