We Are REMIX!

A brand new start-up youth charity. At REMIX, we are passionate about making a transformative, positive impact on the lives of young people in London and beyond. Our mission is to empower, inspire, and uplift the next generation by providing them with the tools and skills to become responsible, resilient, motivated, entrepreneurial, critical thinkers, and self-reliant individuals.

WE NEED YOU!

We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated volunteer who can commit to a few hours per week to help us change young people's lives. We need a VOLUNTEER to fill the vacant role of CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of REMIX.

  • Work closely with the Founder and CEO, and board to develop and implement REMIX's strategic plan to achieve its mission and goals.

  • Lead, support, and develop the staff and volunteer team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment, that based on continous improvement, excellence, positivity, mentorship and positive role models.

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of REMIX's programmes, ensuring they are impactful and aligned with our mission.

  • Work with the CEO and Treasurer to manage the organisation’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.

  • Ensure REMIX operates within its charitable objectives and complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, identifying and managing risks.

  • Act as an ambassador for REMIX, promoting our work and building relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and the community.

  • Lead on and support fundraising efforts and identify new opportunities for growth and development.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to support REMIX's work.
