Service Manager (Mental Health)

Birmingham - Hybrid

£35,203 per annum

37.5 Hours per week 

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to manage a team of their staff placed in Forward Thinking Birmingham (FTB) and the Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust (BSHMHFT). You’ll work closely with NHS clinical partners and ensure that patients are well supported, and their support is recovery focused and underpinned by a person-centered approach. With experience in mental health, wellbeing and recovery, you will ensure that the teams work together with clinical partners to provide exceptional support. You’ll develop team members to ensure they can meet expectations and continue to improve their own development.  

To be successful, you will have excellent communication skills, managing challenges that may arise and developing strong relationships both internally and externally, adept at juggling a variety of tasks simultaneously meeting deadlines without compromising on service provision and an ability to produce reports and monitoring to a high standard demonstrating the impact of the service.
