Job description

The Trade and Regulations Policy Manager will play a leading role in IAPB’s Global Advocacy Team, developing new advocacy strategies and campaigns linking eye health and international trade and regulatory issues; and leading IAPB’s relationships with key organisations such as the International Labour Organisation (ILO). It will include emerging work on tariffs and taxation, including their impact on the import of essential eye-health devices such as spectacles. It will involve advocacy engagement with organisations such as the World Customs Organisation, WHO, the European Parliament and businesses.
