Join our Community Fundraising team and play a leading role within key supporter projects to drive growth and improvements to our community fundraising programme.
As a Community Fundraising Manager for Dementia UK you will collaborate with the Senior Community Fundraising Manager to support and implement a fundraising strategy to develop the annual community fundraising budget. You will be responsible for delivering high-value supporter stewardship and fostering strong working relationships across internal Dementia UK teams to advance plans for automating supporter journeys, particularly in partnership with the Database and Marketing & Communications teams.
You will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff in accordance with Dementia UK policies and practices, including regular supervision meetings and annual appraisals. You will facilitate regular team meetings and workshops to ensure staff progress towards objectives, providing coaching and sharing skills to enhance staff performance.
Additionally, you will produce regular reports on marketing activities and stewardship performance, monitor financial and non-financial KPIs, and continuously leverage supporter insight data and external trend analysis to identify opportunities for income growth and operational improvements. You will also ensure the maintenance of accurate supporter database records in compliance with Dementia UK’s policies and processes.
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of delivering income across community fundraising streams, and an understanding of effective relationship fundraising techniques. You will be a strong motivator with experience in using a relationship database to support, inform and report on fundraising activity.

The Alumni Relations and Regular Giving programme aims to build relationships that inspire alumni, colleagues and friends to support Goldsmiths through strategic projects and initiatives, donations or volunteering. Through our multi-channel giving campaigns, we seek individual gifts, mid-value gifts and legacy gifts.
About the Role
Goldsmiths has an alumni community of 93,500 former students and staff in 160 countries around the world, who offer a unique set of skills and experience. This new role at Goldsmiths has been created to help us expand our Alumni Engagement, Mid-Value and Legacies programmes, which seek the engagement and support of our alumni community.
This role will work closely with the Head of Alumni Relations and Regular Giving to lead on strategic alumni engagement projects and to develop and deliver highly personalised mid-value and legacy programmes.
Alumni engagement and alumni strategic projects (approximately 50% of the role)
This role will lead on the development of strategic initiatives to bring alumni together with Goldsmiths to form relationships, projects and initiatives that support education at Goldsmiths. Projects will be wide-ranging in nature, for example the development of cross-organisational projects such as alumni/student mentoring, or setting up alumni panels, committees or boards to support Goldsmiths.
Mid-value and legacy fundraising (approximately 50% of the role)
This role will lead on engagement initiatives to develop and steward our mid-value and legacy donors who are acquired from our alumni engagement, individual giving and legacy marketing programmes. The legacy programme will deliver highly personalised engagement for legacy prospects and pledgers via events, a legacy society and other initiatives.
About the Candidate
We are seeking a strategic thinker and natural relationship builder. You will have the skills and experience to develop strategic projects that create partnerships between alumni and the College, for the benefit of Goldsmiths and our students. You will have an entrepreneurial approach to identifying new opportunities and developing ideas. You will be experienced in the development and delivery of mid-value and/or legacy programmes, including events, and building personal relationships with alumni and alumni donors, or equivalent. You will be skilled in writing engaging fundraising copy for communications and reports. We welcome applicants with a background in the Higher Education or Not for Profit sector.

Network and Supporter Services Assistant

Who are we?
Art Fund is the UK’s national charity for museums and galleries. We fundraise to help public arts organisations to develop and share their collections, to connect with their communities, to invest in professional development for their staff, and to inspire the next generation. The role
We are looking for a Network & Supporter Services Assistant to join us for 12 months to support the National Art Pass Network and Supporter Services teams.
This post offers the opportunity to develop experience and understanding of large-scale membership scheme process and communications, and by embedding across two teams the post-holder will have the opportunity to refine and streamline cross-departmental processes.
For the National Art Pass Network team: Support incoming queries from museums, galleries and historic places that are part of the National Art Pass membership scheme (a network of 900+ venues) and manage internal and external enquiries relating to the network.
For the Supporter Services team: Support the delivery of inbound and outbound customer service, multi-channel communications – including email, telephone and post - to members, supporters, and the wider public – which are mainly delivered through our third-party providers.
Responsibilities across both roles include responding to and redirecting enquiries, setting up accounts and maintaining accurate records on the website, CRM system and Professional Dashboard, and troubleshooting issues.

Main duties of the job

Main Purpose of Job
ADSS has created the role of Head of Fundraising to consolidate growth and ensure ADSS can care for the people they support into the future. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role represents an exciting opportunity for an experienced, creative and dynamic fundraising leader.
The Head of Fundraising will provide subject matter expertise in fundraising and will implement and evaluate the fundraising strategy in support of ADSS’s mission and vision.

The Head of Fundraising will have skill and experience as a manager of people, projects, and fundraising campaigns and initiatives along with a consistent record of meeting targets. The role will require development of relationships with key stakeholders, supporters and major donors, stewarding these relationships to maximise income generation.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a broad and varied role that will touch many aspects of Inter Care’s work. Within that, the core of the role is to ensure that our major sources of cash income from Trusts, Grant makers and major donors are delivered in line with our fundraising strategy.
Additionally, this role leads on identifying and developing new relationships, particularly with major donors of surplus medical equipment and medicines, such as corporates and healthcare providers.
As a senior role within Inter Care, it will support the CEO by ensuring that our activities in this area are well aligned with our ambition to increase our impact.
KEY TASKS & SKILLS
1. Fundraising from Trusts and Grant Makers (c. 2.5days/wk)
a. Define the fundraising strategy and deliver it through efficient research and effective applications to Trusts & Foundations.
b. Be able to write persuasively and tailor applications to different audiences.
c. Develop a strong relationship and establish good communication channels with key partners.
d. Think both strategically and methodically.
2. Develop new sources of income, surplus equipment & medicines (c. 1.5day/wk)
a. Develop and implement income streams such as corporate giving.
b. Pro-actively seek out potential partners of suitable scale, who have access to surplus equipment and medicines.
c. Be a self-starter and have initiative in developing new approaches
d. Be confident in establishing strong working relationships with external organisations and contacts.
In addition, the job holder will perform any other reasonable duties, commensurate with the post, required by the CEO.

Individual Giving Officer – Acquisition & Events Fundraising

Established in October 2000, Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA) is an independent charity providing a lifesaving rapid response emergency service to 5 million people across the whole of Yorkshire. The service is operational seven days a week, 365 days a year and provided emergency care to over 890 people across Yorkshire last year alone.
Yorkshire Air Ambulance helicopters bring A&E to the scene of an incident, equipped with advanced medicines and surgical technology administered by a specialist Critical Care Team. The service is funded solely on the donations of individuals and organisations.
We are looking for an experienced Individual Giving Manager to take on a pivotal role in ensuring this vital service can continue to save lives, like Sam’s.
The Role
As Individual Giving Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to steward individual donors and supporters, cultivating meaningful relationships, and maximising their financial contributions. Duties will include:
- Maximising retention by designing and implementing an effective supporter journey, championing excellent stewardship of donors.
- Managing and monitoring the budget for Individual Giving, ensuring income targets are met, and costs are in line with the agreed budget.
- Acting as an ambassador for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance by undertaking public speaking engagements, when required.
- Utilising the charity CRM database to track donor interactions, segment audiences, and analyse fundraising performance to inform decision-making.
The Person
To be considered for this exciting, brand new, opportunity you should have significant fundraising experience in individual giving, in-memory fundraising or supporter experience. Demonstrable experience of managing a range of projects or campaigns will be advantageous, as will an understanding of budget setting.
With excellent written communication and copy-writing skills, you should have strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce high quality appeals. Well-developed interpersonal skills, particularly around negotiation, persuasion and motivational and collaborative attributes are key to achieving success in this role.
