Access Wellbeing

A new partnership between (BCHA, The Lantern Trust and Help & Care) is mobilising Access Wellbeing hubs, in partnership with the NHS and stakeholders from the Dorset ICS.

The development of Access Wellbeing hubs across Dorset is part of the universal offer of wellbeing support, an element of the NHS mental health transformation programme for adults. The hubs will support people to take the steps that matter to them by connecting them to what they might need, at the right time and in the right place, ultimately empowering people to make their own choices and moving towards full citizenship with the communities.

Help & Care are seeking to recruit an experienced individual to develop and lead an engagement programme, grounded in coproduction so as to amplify the voice of people and communities across Dorset, about what matters to them.
