Location: The Grange, Saunderton with Hybrid option
Full time working 35 hours per week.

Role Description
We are currently looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive and the Chair of the Board and its sub committees. This is a crucial role providing and ensuring seamless communication between the Chief Executive, the Board of Trustees and the wider staff teams.

- Communication Management
- Governance and Compliance
- Meeting Preparation
- Project Management
What you need to succeed
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
