Job description

Your role will be to:

  • Oversee projects, driving development and implementation of policy and standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues and team members to meet shared goals
  • Monitor developments which affect the policy environment
  • Effectively engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Present work to managers and senior leaders, and provide recommendations and advice
  • Support and motivate fellow team members, and develop your own knowledge, skills and experience with support from colleagues.

Candidate Requirements

  • You will be expected to have proven ability to work effectively in a policy, public affairs or regulatory environment, and be familiar with established methods of policy analysis and development. An understanding of professional regulation would also be an advantage.

  • You will need to show a collaborative and organised approach to work, ability to develop analysis and arguments based on evidence, and to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work arrangements

You would be based at our offices in Kennington, South London. We are happy to discuss hybrid working arrangements - at present we expect a minimum attendance in the office of one day per working week.
