Senior HR Systems Specialist

My client is an international charitable organisation headquartered in south-east London (SE5).

Your new role
Joining a collaborative team of 7 and reporting to the Head of HR Systems, key responsibilities will include:

• Leading on various system implementation projects from commencement to completion
• Be responsible for the creation of complex report building and data visualisation
• Line management of 2 HR Analysts
• Ensuring that various HR systems meet the necessary business needs and long-term strategies

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be an HRIS and data expert with significant experience in:

• Data reporting, specifically with Power BI
• Strong experience with HCM systems - iTrent, Cascade, Workday, PeopleSoft etc
• Evidenced experience with dashboard building and complex data reporting/visualisation
• Line management experience will be highly favourable
