The halow project and Harris Hill are working in partnership to recruit a new Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships. halow equips young adults with learning disabilities and autism to live a life of purpose. Every year they support over 250 young adults in Surrey. Their work also indirectly benefits over 750 family members and friends who care for a person with a learning disability or autism.

Location: Guildford, Surrey

Holiday: Holidays 33 days per year (inclusive of the 8 UK bank and public holidays) They usually close at Christmas time so ask staff to save 3-4 days per year.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

What you will be doing:

The Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships will be responsible for overall fundraising budget at halow whilst leading and shaping the philanthropy and partnerships team and programme to develop and sustain a pipeline of supporters via a programme of high impact donor focused stewardship of existing donors (major donors) and new major donor relationships, trusts and corporates.

Experience:

* Experience of managing a fundraising team
* Proven experience in securing strategic funding partnerships, including scoping opportunities and prospects, setting targets and building a pipeline, sourcing new business, and building long term relationships
* Experience of managing trusts and grants.
* Experience in one or more of the following: individual giving, major donors, corporate, community and events, legacies and digital fundraising.
