 A fantastic Foundation working to tackle child poverty, deforestation and domestic abuse are looking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager – Impact, Monitoring and Evaluation.

Salary: Circa £50,000

Location: Central London (fully office based)

The Project Manager - Impact, Monitoring, and Evaluation will be responsible for developing and implementing frameworks, indicators, data tools, and methodologies to measure and evaluate the impact of our initiatives. This role can be on a consultative basis and will provide guidance on best practices in monitoring and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks for various projects - creating models to measure the impact and effectiveness of initiatives across different verticals and establishing clear indicators and benchmarks for success.
  • Designing and implementing data collection tools and methodologies - ensuring data tools are user-friendly and tailored to the specific needs of each project.
  • Conducting regular monitoring and evaluation of projects to assess progress and impact – analysing data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement and preparing detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on M&E objectives.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Project Management, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within the non-profit or development sector. Strong expertise in developing M&E frameworks, indicators, and data collection methodologies is crucial, as is proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel). You must also have the ability to travel as required.
