Supporter Experience & Journeys Executive

 
Are you a charity professional with an avid interest in supporter journeys? Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is hiring for a Supporter Experience and Journeys Executive.

This is a new position in an area with ambitious aims to grow income, and a need for a holistic, audience-led supporter journey to better engage our supporters and increase lifetime value, supporter journeys will play a key part in growing voluntary income over the coming years. 

Salary 

The salary for this position is £33,148 per annum.

Role Overview 


This is a varied role where you’ll be involved with

  • Assisting the Supporter Experience and Journeys Manager with implementation of supporter journeys across the fundraising directorate and charity. 
  • Identifying new supporter journey opportunities and work with fundraisers to map out touchpoints. 
  • Contributing to the creation of email content and the delivery of automated digital journeys and one-off communications 
  • Creating copy for supporter journey communications, tailoring and personalising copy for different audiences 
  • Analysing the performance of supporter journeys and make insight-led recommendations for optimisations to supporter experience 

About You 

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience working in a charity environment, ideally within a supporter journeys or marketing role.
  • A passion for supporter journeys.
  • The ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and/or supporters.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Copywriting skills and ability to understand different audiences and tailor content appropriately.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to make recommendations based on trends in data.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.  

About The team 


This role will work with the Supporter Experience & Journeys Manager and fundraising teams to implement new supporter journeys which deepen supporter engagement and support our ambition to significantly grow voluntary net income. The team sits alongside Data, Analytics and Digital, working closely with those areas to ensure we are utilising our data as effectively as possible to improve our supporters’ experience with us
