Job description

Gaddum is a provider of time-limited therapy sessions to adults within Manchester’s NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression service (formerly known as IAPT). We employ a skilled team of qualified and registered therapists and offer a range of one-to-one and group therapy including Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred counselling, integrative therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprogramming (EMDR) therapy as part of this programme. 

 

The Talking Therapies Manchester Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the operational elements of the Talking Therapies service and directly supervising the team, which consists of a group of Talking Therapies Counsellors, a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP), and a team Administrator. The Talking Therapies Manchester Coordinator will carry a small caseload and will lead on monthly and quarterly reporting on agreed KPIs. 

 

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
