What is the role?
You will be working alongside a team of Operations Officers, supporting, inspiring and guiding DofE leaders to ensure a consistent and quality experience for the young people that they support. You’ll be managing a portfolio of existing partners in Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire ,Ceredigion, Flintshire, Gwynedd, Wrexham.
You will be home based, but there will be a mix of face to face and online interactions and, as the role has a wide geographical area you’ll need to be prepared to travel and stay overnight on occasions, sometimes weekends.
Whilst you won’t be working directly with young people, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are having a positive impact on their opportunities.

About the role
Sightsavers’ work in the field of education is driven by the principle of inclusive and equitable quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all. We are looking for a Global Technical Lead – Inclusive Education to provide technical leadership and expertise in inclusive education to guide the development and delivery of specific initiatives and programmes.
As the Global Technical Lead for Inclusive Education, you will support Sightsavers to promote inclusive education for children, youth, and adults with disabilities in education systems in West Africa, East, Central and Southern Africa (ECSA), and South Asia. Working across multiple countries, you will ensure that disability inclusion is at the centre of conceptualisation, design and implementation of Sightsavers’ projects.
Strong communication skills in English and French are essential for this role, as is the availability to travel 12-16 weeks a year, nationally and internationally.
The minimum requirements for this post are as follows:
- To provide technical leadership and expertise in inclusive education at the programmatic level
- To strengthen the global programme portfolio in inclusive education through leading strategic and technical inputs in proposal development for funding opportunities.
- To pioneer new strategic initiatives and innovative approaches in inclusive education to improve and enhance the quality of Sightsavers’ work, especially in cross-cutting priority areas like climate action, gender equity and the use of data and evidence.

About You: Skills and Experience
This is an ideal opportunity to build on your existing expertise in leading and developing programmes in inclusive education in lower income countries. We are looking for a skilled communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships across different departments and work collaboratively as a member of our cross-functional teams.
The essential skills needed for this role are:
- Business to fluent French language skills
- A Postgraduate qualification (minimum Master’s) or equivalent experience in a relevant field, e.g. education, special needs education; disability, international development
- A proven record of leading, developing and implementing programmes in inclusive education in lower income countries.
- Experience of working with national governments and international institutions such as Global Partnership for Education, UN agencies, bilateral agencies as well as non-state actors to contribute to education system transformation.
- Knowledge of current developments, issues and best practice in inclusive education to effectively address the barriers to education for children with disabilities
- Able to travel for up to 12-16 weeks a year (regional and international).

The RSPB, Europe’s leading nature conservation NGO, is seeking a Director of Supporter Fundraising to lead the charity’s work in recruiting and stewarding the next generation of individual supporters to help address the nature and climate emergency.
The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) is a charity for the conservation of birds and nature, bringing people together who love birds and other wildlife, and who want to take action to restore the health and diversity of the natural world. The charity now manages and protects 160,000 hectares of land across the four countries of the UK.
Public support has been at the centre of RSPB’s work since its foundation as a campaigning organisation in 1889. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growing a large and complex individual giving or subscription programme across multiple products and channels. Significant experience in individual supporter fundraising or consumer marketing through direct marketing techniques will be essential.

These roles focus on building on our established networks to expand peer support in defined areas, facilitating group formation, and enhancing service delivery through strategic outreach and resource development.

Main Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team. This role will have budgetary responsibility and will involve building a donor database, donor and fundraiser stewardship, organising fundraising events, and securing grants and sponsorships.

Responsibilities:
Fundraising Management and Development
• Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement a balanced and realistic fundraising strategy, which builds on StreetVet’s strengths and maximises income for the charity.
• Deliver an integrated fundraising programme, which includes corporate partnerships, individual giving, major donors, trusts and foundations, legacies, community and events.
• Ensure all fundraising activity is compliant with GDPR and relevant fundraising regulation and that all data is accurate and maintained efficiently.
• Work with colleagues across StreetVet to proactively identify fundraising opportunities in line with our ethical fundraising policy and procedures, prioritising relationships where our values are aligned and we can achieve the biggest positive net gain for the human/animal bond and animal welfare.
• To maintain and develop the donor CRM platform including building supporter journeys to enhance donor experiences and maximise income for the charity.
• Work with the Head of Marketing to ensure that all opportunities to promote StreetVet and develop our fundraising and supporter engagement experiences are explored and maximised.
• Manage all aspects of finance and reporting relating to fundraising, including annual budgets, monthly reporting and re-forecasting. Provide monthly reports and updates on all fundraising activities and income streams
• Work with the Head of Marketing, internal colleagues and external stakeholders to create impactful storytelling and supporter engagement opportunities to maximise revenue streams.

About the role.

As Chapter Clerk, you’ll ensure governance and regulatory compliance, support policy reviews, and manage health and safety, data protection, and committees. As Designated Safeguarding Lead, you’ll ensure best practices and uphold the highest standards of protection across the cathedral.

We are seeking a candidate with senior leadership experience in not-for-profit or faith-based environments, with a proven ability to unite diverse teams around a shared mission. Experience in managing multi-departmental organisations and overseeing income-generating portfolios, such as property, fundraising, retail, or events.
You should have experience working with boards of trustees and building relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong financial management and project management skills, including overseeing budgets and delivering major projects, are required. The Community Fundraising team is looking for a Direct Marketing Manager, who will support our work in developing, promoting, and analysing our portfolio of Community Fundraising products to attract new and diverse audiences to raise vital funds for nature.
The post holder will support the launch of our Do It Yourself (DIY) fundraising product, as well as supporting In Aid Of (IAO) fundraising activity across the UK. The role will support marketing requests across all new and existing Community Fundraising products and campaigns. The role requires a proficiency in data analytics and a track record in responding to trends and sector best practice.
You will have experience in direct marketing and be proficient in delivering multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced environment. This role also requires an in-depth knowledge of direct marketing techniques including testing, profiling, segmentation, return on investment analysis, cost per contact. You will have experience in managing multiple projects and budgets, as well as a track record in excellent stakeholder management. ROLDA (Romanian League in Defence of Animals) is a small animal welfare charity working to improve the lives of dogs, cats, and other animals in Romania and internationally. Since its establishment in 2006, ROLDA has become a beacon of hope for the millions of vulnerable stray animals in Romania – one of Europe's economically poorest nations. Our mission is to manage the homeless animal population, estimated to be millions, through six key focuses: rescue, rehabilitation, sheltering, sterilisation, and education. Within our shelters, inspired by British kennel design and maintained to meet EU animal welfare standards, we can house up to 700 stray dogs at a time. Here, they receive complete veterinary care, rehabilitation, and preparation for rehoming. Since 2006, we have helped over 48,000 animals (primarily dogs and cats) and built two shelters for dogs and one for disabled and senior cats. We also distribute support, primarily through small grants, to six other charities in Romania and over 40 shelters in Ukraine. We rehome mainly in Switzerland, Sweden, and the UK. In addition to our efforts in rescuing and rehoming animals, ROLDA tackles the root cause of Romania's homeless animals through comprehensive neutering programmes and educational initiatives. Since 2006, we have successfully neutered nearly 20,000 cats and dogs, significantly impacting Romania's severe overpopulation of animals.
Job Overview:
As a Fundraising Manager at ROLDA, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our fundraising strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in securing funding from Trusts and Foundations, engaging with Individual Giving programmes, cultivating relationships with Major Donors, and promoting legacy giving.

Fundraising Experience:

Implement effective direct marketing strategies, online campaigns, and other initiatives to drive regular giving.
Major Donors:
