Job description

Join Fight 4 Change as our Program Manager and become a key player in our mission to empower and enact change through sport. This unique role allows you to tap into your passion for community engagement, acting as the bridge between our organisation and the communities we serve.  As Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with both internal teams to manage programs that drive our mission forward. Your primary responsibilities include Managing programs including our strengthening voices programs, Tier 2 mentoring programs, Pupil referral units and alterative provision programs and leadership program, fostering partnerships, and engaging directly with community members to ensure their voices are heard and needs are met. Responsibilities

●      You will develop and maintain relationships with community members, local organisations, and stakeholders to promote the mission of Fight 4 Change.

●      We expect you to oversee the running of all London Programs insuring KPI and targets are meet.

●       You will manage leadership training, social action project, training courses and events.

●      You will gather and analyse community feedback to inform program development and improvements ensuring our activities are meeting the needs of those we serve.

●      You will ensure all session meet the best practice and all constantly evolving to meet community and young people’s needs.

●      We expect you to recruit, train, and manage volunteers, providing them with the support they need to be successful in their roles.

●      You shall establish and implement strategies for community outreach to expand our reach and impact within new and existing communities.

●      You will monitor and report on the progress of community initiatives, using data to showcase success stories and identify areas for growth.

●      We expect you to collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to community engagement and advocacy efforts.

 

Requirements

●      You must demonstrate a strong passion and commitment to social justice and community empowerment, reflecting Fight 4 Change's mission.

●      You should possess excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse communities effectively, both in writing and verbally.

●      We expect you to have experience organising and coordinating events or projects that bring people together for a common cause.

●      You will need to be adept at using social media platforms to promote events, engage community members, and amplify our message.

●      It is essential for you to work collaboratively with team members, partners, and volunteers, ensuring inclusivity and respect in every interaction.

●      You have to be resourceful and innovative, capable of solving problems creatively to overcome challenges in community coordination.

●      We require you to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing and adapting as needed to meet the goals of Fight 4 Change.

●      You should have knowledge of monitoring and evaluating the impact of community programs, using insights to inform future strategies.
