Minds Up is a growing mental health and wellbeing training programme for young people, delivered in schools across five south east London boroughs by South East London (SEL) Mind. The programme aims to increase young people’s awareness of mental health, help them recognise the signs if they are experiencing poor mental health and help them take action to protect their own mental health and boost their wellbeing.
We are looking for an administrator to help support the effective operation of the Minds Up Service. The role holder will need first rate communication skills, with a genuine passion for supporting young people’s mental health. Applicants will be able to demonstrate skills in efficiently managing a central inbox and calendar, as well as experience as the first point of contact for public enquiries.
The administrator will require knowledge and experience of maintaining up-to-date, accurate records across multiple platforms, and supporting data and report compilation. An ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and show initiative is essential for this role.
This role is 15 hours per week, which will be worked over at least 3 days. The hybrid working arrangement would involve at least one day working in the office. The working pattern will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.

Our helpline is a first point of contact for many older people and their families and carers as they tackle a variety of issues around finance, social engagement, housing and council tax, travel concessions such as Blue Badge and Taxi card. You will play a crucial role in answering our busy Information & Advice Helpline phone: listening carefully and sympathetically to callers, finding solutions to their queries or issues and. The role is varied and very rewarding, and no two days are the same.

An important part of the role will be to help establish consistent and effective working practices across the portfolio so that projects and partnerships are well managed within the programmes.
You will work closely with Programme Managers and Officers working in the Africa region, as well as the wider Programme Management Group (working in other regions). You will also work closely with legal experts across programmes to facilitate matrix working and strategy coordination.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Regional Engagement Manager to lead our dynamic UK field force, offering clear and supportive management to ensure high performance, and supporting our growth efforts in existing and new global markets.
As an integral part of IChemE’s management team, the role holder will represent the organisation’s key field force, supporting and driving operations through frequent liaison with other IChemE management, functional teams, member groups and committees. About the role:

*The charity is currently conducting a four-day working week trial, due to end on 31st March 2025. This means that, for example, staff previously working 37.5 hours a week are now working 30 hours a week to enable a four-day working week. The trial is monitoring the benefits of a four-day working week against productivity. We are confident that by embracing a more flexible and balanced approach to work, we can continue to create a thriving and fulfilling work environment while driving growth and success for our charity. Next steps will be agreed before the 31st March 2025, based on an assessment of the trial period; the four-day working week trial may be ended, extended or adopted permanently.
This fixed term contract is for 14 months at 28.13 hours per week. As part of our 4-day working week trial (working week Monday to Thursday) working hours required will be 22.5 hours per week if you opt to sign up to the trial and its associated conditions. If the trial was to end after 31st March 2025, the working hours required would return to the contracted weekly hours for this role of 28.13 hours per week. As part of our staff charter, we have a flexible working policy and can consider accommodating a flexible working pattern such as school working hours if requested.

As our Mass Fundraising Acquisition Marketing Manager (Events) you’ll be part of an in-house team of marketeers responsible for driving mass, new customer acquisition across a portfolio of fundraising products and activities, including events, integrated brand and fundraising campaigns, cash appeals, and regular giving activity.
You’ll collaborate with our creative, media, and third-party agency suppliers, supporting the Senior Mass Fundraising Acquisition Marketing Manager in the development, execution, and optimisation of multi-million pound, omni-channel marketing and fundraising campaigns and marcomms within the overall British Heart Foundation (BHF) integrated media plan.
Additionally, you’ll work across a portfolio of fundraising activities, ensuring tactical delivery and optimisation to deliver transformative customer experiences and drive growth in support and income through mass new customer acquisition.
By putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, you’ll ensure that they feel central to our work and achievements, motivating them to continue funding our research in the long term.
Working arrangements
This is a fixed term contract until 11 April 2025, covering family leave. We are looking for the successful candidate to be able to start with us ASAP .
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.
At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

About you
As our ideal candidate, you will bring extensive and demonstrable marketing experience in designing, developing, and managing integrated, multi-channel marketing plans, delivering successful commercial outcomes, particularly in new customer acquisition and fundraising/income growth.
With excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, effective marketing team, you’ll have experience in paid media planning and optimisation across a full range of marketing channels, especially digital.
Highly numerate, with excellent planning and project management skills, you’ll possess extensive and evidenced marketing expertise, a comprehensive understanding of different marketing approaches, and the ability to use marketing to secure support across a broad range of channels. You will also have experience managing third-party agencies.
Preferably, you will also have an understanding of product and audience motivation in mass fundraising and/or experience of income-generating product or commercial plans.You can translate insights into action using your outstanding data and analysis skills, to optimise performance and engagement. Additionally, you’ll have experience managing significant expenditure budgets and executing departmental plans.
