Senior Individual Giving Manager

The Donmar Warehouse raises more money as a percentage of income than any other subsidised theatre in the country. Each year we raise around half of our turnover from a strong combination of individuals, corporates, and trusts and foundations.

The Senior Individual Giving Manager (SIGM) plays a vital role in the Development department during an exciting time in our theatre's history. This role leads on planning and delivery for the Donmar's membership scheme as well as Major Donors up to £10,000.

Delivering excellent customer service to individual donors, the SIGM will ensure the timely renewal of annual memberships and fulfilment of all benefits, working with the Membership Officer to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This role will also work closely with the Head of Philanthropy to establish the strategy for the team, identifying further income opportunities from prospects and existing supporters across our productions and participation programmes, and leading on the delivery of campaigns.

Terms: Permanent, Full Time

Work Pattern: Hybrid working is available once the probation period has been completed and with prior agreement with line manager.

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience
