We are looking for fantastic individuals to join us at Community Links, a proud partner of the new Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service (LMWS)!

 

Community Links is at the forefront of the LMWS, a groundbreaking partnership committed to mobilising and delivering integrated mental health support for individuals with mild to moderate common mental health problems. Our goal is to empower thousands of people in Leeds, fostering resilience and enabling them to live their best lives within their community.

 

If you have:

 

·         Knowledge of mental health services, particularly primary care mental health.

  • Good interpersonal skills including listening and display empathy.
  • Experience of working with people experiencing mental health difficulties and challenging behaviour.
  • Strong communication skills and networking abilities.
