Data and Systems Coordinator
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and skilled with data to join our team. You’ll provide essential administrative support as we continue to create and maintain an intuitive, accessible, and well-maintained directory of services.
By maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and regularly assured data, the project enables local directories, websites, and apps to provide reliable information about community support and services. This shared approach reduces duplication for organisations maintaining service directories and increases awareness of existing services, ultimately supporting early intervention and crisis prevention.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and usability of the shared dataset, strengthening collaborative relationships across sectors, and improving public access to vital community support services across Dorset.
About you
You’ll have extensive experience providing excellent administrative and project support, including using databases and gathering and analysing data.
You’ll be a skilled communicator with the ability to engage, work with, and build relationships with a wide range of people. An understanding of charities, community groups, and statutory services across Dorset is essential.
You’ll be self-motivated, organised, and proficient in the MS Office suite, with particular confidence in Microsoft Excel.
What we can offer in return
In return we offer a competitive salary and great benefits, including contributory pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays, season train ticket loan, flexible working and much more.
To apply, please download the application pack and return the completed application form before the closing date – Monday 28th April 2025 at 9:00am.
