Contract type: Permanent

Location: Hybrid work pattern. Citizens Advice Southampton (circa 60%), home (circa 40%)

Citizens Advice Southampton is a local charity providing free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to over 7,000 people in Southampton every year on any problems they might face.

The Role

Citizens Advice Southampton is an essential and much needed Charity integrated into the city of Southampton. We make a real difference to our clients.

The Projects Manager is a key member of our Senior Leadership Team. Working closely with other team members, you will play a pivotal role in leading, managing and developing a variety of projects delivering free, confidential advice to people in Southampton.

This role will be subject to a DBS check.

About You

You will ideally have experience of managing, leading and developing teams of paid staff and volunteers within an advice or similar service environment as well as proven experience in project management within the voluntary sector or a similar environment.
