About the Department
The Digital Team works to support teams across the Church and promotes national priorities, such as Vision and Strategy. The Digital Team is based in the Communications team.
The Digital Team has won more than 30 awards from prestigious industry events such as the Digital Impact Awards, CorpComms Awards, Corporate Content Awards and more. 'In House Team of the Year' has now been awarded to the Church of England's Digital Team twice.
The team is responsible for national websites, social media channels, campaigns, content creation across video, design and audio, CRM, training for local churches to use digital platforms and digital strategy.
What you'll be doing
The purpose of this role is for Junior Content Producer to join the Church's Digital team to create compelling digital campaigns that inspire faith and highlight the work of local churches. You'll produce engaging content-imagery, graphics, videos, and audio-managing projects from concept to delivery and ensuring consistent visual identity. This role requires creativity, motivation, and flexibility, including travel to various dioceses and churches across the country.

Key role requirements
- Hybrid working arrangements and must be able to work within the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Your Salary
- A salary of £38,918 per annum, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.
