The Volunteer Relationship Executive role is responsible for the recruitment of new volunteers and providing ongoing support for existing volunteers ensuring they are inspired and equipped to represent Tearfund well. Volunteers are involved in speaking at churches, supporting at festivals and events and in community fundraising activities and the postholder should be experienced in these areas in order to provide the best support possible. The role of Communications and Marketing Coordinator sits within the Communications Team at Kids Matter. As we seek to grow our audiences, our influence and ultimately our impact, it’s an exciting time to join the team. This role will predominantly be responsible for the day-to-day fulfilment of email marketing, maintaining our social media presence and ensuring the website is kept up to date.
Working closely with both the Head of Communications and Content Manager, this role will also be heavily involved in supporting other areas of the organisation, particularly fundraising and partnerships.

About the role
The Communications and Marketing Coordinator role involves:
- Being responsible for the full creation process (building, testing, QA, data and distribution) of email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Helping plan and execute fundraising campaigns by creating audience-centric user journeys.
- Bringing new ideas and leverage new opportunities within social media to enable Kids Matter to further build its profile.
- Being responsible for ensuring the Kids Matter website is regularly updated with fresh and relevant content.

We're looking for a Content Designer to research, structure and write user-centred content for Tearfund's channels. The Job

The individual will be able to build trusted partnerships with internal hiring managers, heads of departments and directors, to work on building talent pipelines for future roles at TLG. They will be trained in all aspects of recruitment and onboarding, working closely with the Head of People & Culture. TLG is interested in an individual that instinctively can make bold decisions, has insightful judgement, and a passion to work both relationally and strategically to maximise all opportunities to connect potential hires to our vision.
