Finance Manager

Are you a qualified finance professional with a passion for making a difference? Join Chiva as our Finance Manager and lead the financial strategy of a national charity dedicated to supporting young people living with HIV.

Based in our Bristol office, you’ll work closely with our CEO, Trustees, and wider team to ensure sound financial management, compliance with SORP standards, and sustainable growth. This is a part-time role (32 hours/week) with occasional UK travel.

Key responsibilities include budget development, financial reporting, grant management, and overseeing audits. You’ll also maintain and improve our financial systems, making complex financial information accessible to non-finance stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone with strong initiative, experience in charity finance, and a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by charitable organisations. If you’re a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a commitment to our mission, we’d love to hear from you.
