Job description

Chasing the Stigma is a national mental health charity on a mission to normalise and humanise conversations about mental health, whilst ensuring that everyone in the UK can access clear pathways to support, whenever and wherever they need it.

As the Project Manager for our exciting new partnership with the rail industry, you will be at the forefront of transforming how mental health is addressed and supported on a national scale. This role is not just about managing projects; it's about driving meaningful change, saving lives, and creating a lasting impact on the wellbeing of rail passengers, staff, and communities.

You’ll be working with regional teams from the rail industry to spearhead initiatives that reduce suicides and support immediate responses to incidents. You'll harness data insights to inform strategic decisions, help craft powerful anti-stigma campaigns, and ensure that mental health services are easily accessible across the rail network.

This is your opportunity to be part of something extraordinary.

Employee Benefits:

  • 28 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off
  • Pension scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee assistance programme
  • Lots of wellbeing and social activities throughout the year

Hours:  35 hours / 5 days per week

Location: Liverpool (we’ve got a lovely office just a ten-minute walk from Crosby Beach).

As this is a national project, there may be a need for travel and / or overnight stays away from home to support regional initiatives.
