Primary Responsibility
To maximise overall revenues from your Portfolio to meet your business targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This will be achieved by focussing on Winning, Keeping & Growing Strategies, based on building business relationships with our client and prospect base, primarily over the phone. To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring that all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

Within this role you will be carrying out effective business reviews over the phone that establish recruitment needs and challenges that we can match to our products / services. To record & update this business information on the online business review area of our CRM, on a regular basis throughout the year.
Proposing innovative digital solutions to Charities & Agencies that help them attract their ideal candidates and promote themselves across our product range. Looking to deliver sales presentations and demos, when applicable, primarily over the phone, but very occasionally face to face. Within this role you will also be required to proactively contact & follow up on all leads that are provided, including your prospect database, ensuring every attempt is made to speak with the decision maker to reach an outcome.
Your performance will be measured by your ability to achieve call targets on a monthly basis currently 30 Outgoing Calls & 90 mins talk time per day. You will be required to update all internal systems properly, including call notes & manage your client & prospect database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place.
You will need to attend weekly and quarterly meetings to update the team on sales progress against your targets, liaise with other departments to ensure that customer requirements are met and finally to understand and implement the structured sales process.
