Wandsworth Oasis seeks a suitably experienced and dynamic Interim CEO to lead the organisation through a period of transition.

About the role:
The Interim CEO will be taking on this pivotal role at a crucial time in its development as an organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the board in strategic planning and skills gap analysis. This role requires a leader who can provide effective line management, foster staff development, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Salary:
