Charity People are delighted to be working with a prominent charity that supports leaders of small community groups, ambitious medium-sized organisations, and well-known national and international not-for-profits. Their large network aims to inspire and support civil society leaders through connection, skills and influence.
Fundraising Administrator
Pay: £14.29 per hour plus £1.72 per hour holiday pay
Hours: Full or Part-time (17.5 to 35 hours per week), Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office near Tower Bridge
Duration: 3 months
Start Date: Immediate start essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support
- Manage team enquiries and emails
- Prepare reports for the Head of Income Generation
- Support partners, sponsors, and advertisers
- Process financial transactions
- Manage job postings on the charity's job platform
- Create monthly newsletters for corporate partners and job recruiters
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Administer Salesforce CRM
- Coordinate meetings across various internal teams
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
- Strong administrative and collaborative skills
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
