Advice Worker
Hours: Part time - 21 hours per week
Annual leave: 28 days per annum, excluding bank holidays (pro-rata)
Location: Hybrid working (Enfield and homeworking)
Are you a dynamic and experienced advice worker who has provided guidance on various subjects, including welfare benefits, housing, health, community care, and local services? If your answer is yes, we would like to invite you to join our team to participate in an exciting program in Enfield.
As an advice worker, you will be responsible for providing information and guidance to the most vulnerable residents in Enfield, including advice on welfare benefits, housing, health, community care, local services, and assisting them in applying for disability benefits such as PIP and AA. You can provide this advice either in person at our advice hubs or via our telephone advice line.
To excel in this role, you should have experience working collaboratively as part of a team, as well as the ability to work independently. Additionally, you should possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Enfield Connections aims to support adults who are in receipt of adult social care or are at risk of requiring social care.
