Property Administrator
Team: Estates and Construction
Location: Remote
Work pattern: 35 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Salary: Up to £26,796 per year
Contract: 6 month fixed-term contract

Responsibilities of our Property Administrator:
- provide administrative support to the Head of Estates and Construction and wider team
- assist with the creation of accurate records and generation of information from the Property Database Management System (Terrier)
- raise purchase orders and process invoices
- cover helpdesk when required including dealing with phone calls and enquiries
use Microsoft Office to create documents and spreadsheets
- maintain both electronic and paper-based filing systems
- book service visits with contractors
- arrange for repairs and maintenance at any of our premises
- arrange meetings, paperwork, book meeting rooms and take minutes
About the Estates and Construction team:
- We ensure that Cats Protection is able to sustain its cat welfare operations and retail activities by providing Estate Management and Construction services delivering acquisition, repair, maintenance, re-development and disposal services for an estate portfolio of circa 196 properties including 34 Cat Centres, 79 Shops and other Cats Protection premises across the UK. Together with the Safety, Health and Environment Team and Facilities we ensure regulatory/legal compliance of properties.
- The Estates and Construction Team consists of approximately 17 personnel, 5 of whom form immediate colleague relationships.
What we’re looking for in our Property Administrator:
- extensive administration experience
- confident using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
- customer service experience
- organised with the ability to prioritise and work effectively on own initiative and work under pressure, in a busy environment
- note taking experience
- effective communicator and team member
