Job description

We have amazing Team Leader opportunities at Brandon, not only will you thrive with us, but you will make a difference in the lives of the people we support.

Team Leader roles in London:

Dulwich, Southwark: 2 Positions available (Full time & Part time [20 hours per week)

West Wickham, Bromley: Full time position

Canada Water, Southwark: Full time position

 

We're looking for people who:

  • Proven previous experience of working with people with learning disability and autism 

  • Relevant social care qualification or working towards  

  • Previous management experience is desirable along with a management qualification

  • Experience developing skills within a team 

  • Be a confident problem solver and creative thinker with good communication skills 

  • Resilience to overcome challenges  

What are the responsibilities of our Team Leaders?

  • To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead 

  • Provide great leadership and day-to-day supervision to a team of support workers. 

  • Assist the locality manager in the supervision, coaching and mentoring of the team. 

  • Provide direct care and support to the people we support and model best practice. 

  • Co-ordinate the daily provision of support and activities for people we support to ensure the delivery of a high quality, responsive and efficient service. 

  • You’ll have finances and other resources to manage, along with legal requirements and standards of care to meet. 

What are the benefits?

  • Basic salary equates to £15.61 - £16.26 per hour - depending on experience
