We're looking for:

Are you a professional in the education/ youth sector? Are you passionate about improving the experiences of Black/Mixed Black children in school settings? Join Black Thrive Lambeth as a Community Connector! We're looking for friendly individuals who care about the outcomes of young people to deliver consultations sessions with primary school children, parents and school staff. 

More about this role: 

We need professionals with a background in education, youth work, and practical experience working with families to join our team of Community Connectors. You will work with the school community to improve the mental health and wellbeing support available. Working with parents, staff, and children, you will be able to identify the challenges faced by the community, using your links to local services and offers to ensure timely and appropriate support. Through your engagement with the school community, you will feed into a network of connectors, sharing important learnings & good practice.

Recruitment for this role is ongoing with phone interviews starting from Weds 14th May 2024.
