Salary: circa £50,000 to £55,000

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage a unified facilities and housekeeping service across both our sites at Erdington and Selly Park.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day services covering facilities, maintenance & housekeeping for the Charity, ensuring that the services are responsive, systems are safe, fit for purpose and enhance patient care. As Facilities Manager you will be responsible for providing assurance to the Board that the Charity is compliant with relevant legislation including estates & facilities legislation and health & safety legislation.
You will be someone who can work flexibility, meeting deadlines, possessing excellent communication, organisation, people management and IT skills.
