Job description

We have a great opportunity for a social worker to join our dedicated adoption team. The successful candidate will join our Adoption team as a Social Worker, who is registered with Care Inspectorate Wales to recruit, train and assess Prospective and Approved Adoptive Parents. The post holder will also provide pre and post placement support to families. This includes further training for adoptive parents to meet the assessed needs of children.

When completing your application please refer to your skills, knowledge and experience in relation to the Person Specification, Job Description and Additional Information document (if applicable). This should be done with an understanding of the context of the service described.
