Senior Curriculum Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Curriculum Coordinator to manage our learning programme, leading a dedicated team of tutors. This permanent post is at the heart of our organisation, responsible for designing and managing our inspiring, dynamic curriculum.

At Back on Track we work with a diverse group of people who may have experienced trauma, problems with mental health, and discrimination that has limited their opportunities. Our learning and progression prioritises self-determination, wellbeing, and social inclusion. We are therefore looking for someone who is inspiring, creative, and committed to supporting people to build their self-worth and achieve their potential.

In addition to managing the learning programme the role will include:

·         Line management and support of curriculum colleagues

·         Building relationships with project partners

·         Managing performance of funded curriculum contracts and projects

Our learning centre is a place where people can belong, feel a sense of purpose, and get skills and guidance to make choices about the kind of future they want. This could be managing problematic drug and/or alcohol use, living a crime-free life, improving mental health and wellbeing, or finding and maintaining a stable home.
