Are you delighted by the idea of working as a Trusts and Foundations Manager for a humanitarian membership organisation? This establishment comprises of some of the UK’s leading humanitarian agencies, providing relief to disaster-affected communities around the world.

This role is a new post which will act as a key part of the organisation’s 2024-2029 strategy to increase funds raised for both appeals and the Secretariat’s core costs. As part of the role, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing engagement, and retaining relationships with trusts and foundations, in line with the charity’s mission and strategy, and core cost fundraising targets. You will lead on strategic development of their trusts and foundations portfolio, further developing and implementing a refreshed focus on both appeal and multi-year core costs income.

To be successful in the role of Trusts and Foundations Manager, you will need: 

  • Proven track record of securing five and six-figure donations from trusts and foundations.
  • Experience of successfully executing cultivation plans and retaining positive, key relationships with charitable trusts and foundations.
  • Proven financial acumen to comfortably evaluate financial information and manage budgets, with strong attention to detail in analysing data to write coherent reports.


Salary: £40,000
Contract: Full-time, 3 year fixed-term contract 
Location: Flexible – London office 2 days/month
