We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager to join CARE International UK. CARE International UK is a globally renowned humanitarian organisation which fights poverty, saves lives and achieves social justice. The Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager is a newly created role which will join the newly launched philanthropic fundraising function within the existing Fundraising and Communications Team. You will report into the Head of Philanthropy and will manage one direct report.

It is a great time to join CARE International UK as they have a renewed energy and focus behind their fundraising, putting it right at the heart of the charity’s strategy.  You will play a key role in shaping and developing their UK trusts and foundations strategy. To be successful in the Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager role you will need experience in:

  • Researching, building and managing relationships with trusts, foundations and statutory funders
  • Writing and developing fundraising strategies which have results in income growth
  • Producing and delivering bespoke proposals and reports for prospective partners


Salary: £48,481 (pay award pending)
Contract: Permanent – full or part time will be considered 
Location: London (Vauxhall) - Hybrid working offered
