People Advisor

We are delighted to be working with a fantastic health charity who are looking for a People Advisor to join their passionate team.

As People Advisor, you will play a key role in advising, supporting and coaching managers and department heads to develop and manage employees to help the organisation successfully achieve its goals. You will proactively support employee wellbeing, participate in team activities and develop workshops and inductions. Working with the People and Culture Team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of the people strategy and initiatives.

To be an excellent People Advisor, you will need:

• Experience in human resources or employee relations (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Salary: £ 28,000 - £ 32,000
Contract: 3 month FTC
Location: Hybrid – London (3 days a month)
