We are thrilled to be working with Mind to find a New Partnerships Team Lead. Mind focuses on making mental health an everyday priority, bringing together an unstoppable network of individuals and communities who won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.

This is a vital role with particular focus on opportunities with the strongest alignment to Mind’s new strategy and where there is the greatest potential for longer term, six figure strategic and transformational partnerships. Mind’s New Corporate Partnerships team has been at the forefront of securing some fantastic partnerships such as Allianz, Bupa, Co-op and McVities to name a few and as a Team Lead, this role will develop the new business strategy further, together with the Head of New Corporate Partnerships. This is a great opportunity for an experienced New Business Manager to join a successful team in a supportive environment with great benefits and development opportunities.

To be successful in the role of New Partnerships Team Lead, you will need: 

  • Proven experience in securing high value corporate partnerships with top tier companies across different partnership types i.e. strategic, COTY, brand and commercial
  • Line management experience, supporting direct reports to develop their pipeline and proactive approach to partnership development
  • Experience in managing fundraising pipelines to achieve income targets.

Salary: £48,000 - £52,000
Contract: Permanent/ FT or PT
Location: Hybrid - Stratford 2 days per week
