Lead MSF-Netherlands/Operating Centre Amsterdam's financial and business operations by developing strategies and ensuring implementation. Align financial management with internationally accepted accounting principles and MSF international agreements, overseeing budgets, forecasts, and liquidity. Drive improvements in financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, accounting, and reporting.

Develop strategies for  business units ie those units within the organisation that contribute to the overall management and control of the organisation, driving innovation and alignment with organisational goals. Representation in the FinDirectors platform, contributing to movement-wide financial strategy, management and policy. Ensure compliance and effective organisational risk management, while providing essential information for organizational steering.
