Job description

Anna Freud is a world-leading mental health charity for children, young people and their families. Our mission is to close the gap in wellbeing and mental health by advancing, translating, delivering, and sharing the best science and practice with everyone who impacts the lives of children, young people and their families. More information about Anna Freud is available on our website.

We value diversity and aim to have a diverse workforce that reflects the community and our service users, in line with our vision, values and inclusion commitments. We encourage applications from all sections of the community.

The Senior Website Officer will play a key role in realising our digital strategy. Reporting to the Website and Digital Marketing Manager, you will make day-to-day updates on the websites, working with teams to ensure content is optimised, on brand, accurate and engaging. You will manage relationships with a range of internal stakeholders across different divisions, collating website requirements and managing outcomes. You will join a small digital marketing team of 3 people, which is part of a larger Brand, Marketing and External Affairs team made up of 20+ professionals, including copywriters, designers and a videographer.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate plenty of experience updating websites, leading on complex website projects, troubleshooting and using insight to improve user experience and engagement. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to lead and process website activities, manage stakeholders and bring expert knowledge to all-things website related. You will have access to a range of tools to help you achieve your objectives, alongside training and learning opportunities to help you develop in your role.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced website professional to oversee the performance of our sites, to lead on large website projects and to make a significant difference to the charity and ultimately the lives of young people.

Please email Recruitment with any job enquiries, or if you require assistance or experience difficulties when applying. Please note that successful candidate(s) will be asked to evidence their Right to Work in the UK post-job offer – we do not hold a sponsor licence therefore we are unable to provide Visa sponsorship.
