The increasing reliance on technology to support the strategy and mission at Anna Freud require much greater reliance on IT services. This means that the IT team is aiming to maintain the highest standards of IT operations.

The IT Manager will sit within the IT team reporting to the Head of IT. The post-holder will work closely with the managed service provider and IT colleagues to ensure the seamless delivery of IT operations and services. This is a wide-ranging role with opportunities to get involved in working in a tightly controlled environment where sensitive data is managed, whilst at the same time work for an ambitious dynamic organisation which is pushing the use of technology in delivering services to children and young people.

We are looking for an experienced IT manager with great technical understanding to ensure all work is consistently delivered with planned technical architecture and has previous experience of working with Managed Service Providers.

Location

Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours, either at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) or our Northern Hub (Huckletree, The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 5AD).
