Digital Engagement Manager

About the role
The role is responsible for the overall strategy, development and management of AIUK's digital mass communications, platforms and presences, ensuring the potential for digital communications, campaigning and fundraising is exploited to the full through continuous learning and innovation.
Responsible for our content strategy across all digital channels and playing a key role in the delivery of our digital product roadmap ensuring our website and knowledge hub platforms are successfully developed, launched and managed. With a significant knowledge and experience of digital communications, marketing, infrastructure and project management, the role will ensure that AIUK's digital communications inspire and engage audiences to support human rights.
The role may be for you if:
- You have managed successful public facing digital communications programmes
- You have led and managed an effective digital communications team working across a range of disciplines
- You have significant knowledge and understanding of how to evaluate digital performance and build audience insight
- You can manage significant technical development projects such as the development of a new website
- You can assimilate information and communicate complex facts in a clear and comprehensible way.
- You collaborate and positively contribute to an inclusive culture.
