Innovation and Partnerships Manager

Alive is looking for someone who loves innovation and partnership working to take us forward and continue our track record of creative and innovative delivery. We need someone who has ideas, is creative, perhaps has a background in the arts and is an experienced project manager. Well connected and able to turn ideas into reality, you will have intergenerational experience, and be passionate about ensuring the vulnerable in our society have access to arts, culture and engagement.  You will also be an excellent people manager and are able to lead with compassion and empathy and inspire those you support.   

Alive is the UK’s leading charity enriching the lives of older people and training their carers. We believe passionately that all older people should feel connected to the world around them and our award-winning and innovative activity in the community and care settings make this possible, alongside the training and coaching we deliver to carers to  equip them to engage older people more meaningfully. We are looking for someone who can ideally work 3 days a week, but we would be interested in candidates who can work 2 or 4 days a week and will adapt the job accordingly.
